My Account Help Guide

The ‘My Account’ section is where most of the administrative options of your account can be found.

In this section you can:

  • Enter the amount of credits you wish to buy
  • Check the ‘Accept Protection of stable funds’ policy box
  • Lastly, click method of purchase

Four methods of payment are available;

  • Direct Wire Deposit

To make a cash in:

  • Choose the amount of credits you wish to cashin
  • Select the channel of cash in you wish to receive your payment back to.

  • Set a reality check for a set time period. This is to notify you of how long you have been playing the game for a current session.
  • Remember to click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes once updated.

  • Remember to click the ‘Change Password’ button to save your password once updated.

Email Preferences:

  • Select from the various notifications available, what you would like to be reminded of, which will be included in your single daily email.
  • Or select none to disable the email.
  • Remember to click the ‘Save’ button to save your changes once updated.
